New City Hall & Municipal Complex — McKinney, Texas
Overview
The City of McKinney’s new Municipal Complex is a five-story civic hub at 201 E. Virginia Street, uniting City Council, municipal offices, and the Municipal Court in a single downtown location. Designed by Parkhill in partnership with Lake|Flato, the complex includes Council Chambers and multi-purpose community spaces, both indoor and outdoor, reflecting McKinney’s historic downtown block framework. Completed in 2025, Sunnyvale Millwork worked with Pogue Construction to provide a custom millwork package valued at over $2.1 million dollars.
