Overview

UT Southwestern Medical Center at Texas Health Dallas (THD) is a clinic building at 8440 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, housing UT Southwestern’s Bariatric Surgery and Weight Wellness, Colorectal Surgery, and Digestive and Liver Diseases clinics, bringing UT Southwestern’s specialists and care team closer to patients in North Dallas. Sunnyvale Millwork worked with Royal General Contractors to complete this renovation work in 2025.
